Serena and Alessio (class of 1976), held the grand opening of their “Osteria il Gallo Nero”.

Nature with the products it has to offer is "the colour palate that we use to paint our world."
Tradition, innovation and research into new pairings and flavours make our cooking into a delicious alternative.

Our key concept is "a quest for novelty". We use fresh, premium quality products and we never forget that each dish must have one fundamental requirement: simplicity.
“The simpler the recipes, the better the final dish.” Each year we travel through the regions of Italy to bring you the local culinary traditions and the tastiest, most genuine products we discover.

First of all, the atmosphere at the Osteria il Gallo Nero conveys the typical warmth of an old time restaurant. The Red Room can seat 30 people, and the smaller, more private Créme Room seats 16. During the summer, it is possible to dine outdoors amid the flowers blooming on the terrace.
The quest for improvement and innovation ensures that there is something new every month at the Osteria il Gallo Nero.
